We visited and returned to an empty stomach because the dishes never arrived! An employee informed us that this was not the first time, as there are only three people in the kitchen handling the busy menu. They also mentioned that their managers are aware of the issue but have not taken any action. Three people managing the workload for the whole restaurant. Before accepting more customers, they should have the necessary resources in place to handle the demand, while still maintaining quality. Quantity should not come at the expense of quality.
The Pavilion is known for its delicious dishes made with local ingredients and generous portions. The prices are affordable. However, be aware that if the kitchen gets overwhelmed, service may be slow.
Friendly staff but completely overflowed. mismanagement of employee distribution upstream in my opinion. How can it be justified to sell package with meals after the deer's bram and to plan waitress for the kitchen and to waitress. It couldn't happen. The fact of favouring the largest (many) tables in order to avoid too much protest is a dubious trade technique. food was not bad, but we couldn't get past the entrance. arrived and springed without having had the main dish.
Very pleasant service, good meals, superb setting !!
