Dizzy Lucy's - Roanoke

SoFries were cold and the tray was a large fry not very large. The big pappy is hard to eat the pablano is on one side and everything is sliding everywhere due to avocado. Overall flavor of burgers was good. WIngs would have been better if they'd been sauced in a bowl so that sauce was equally distributed on wings. It was kind of clumped on top of wings. Sauce of WI gs was good. Service could have been better I had to flag someone down to refill carlos sweet tea. This is meant to help it is an honest review.

The brussel sprouts were very good, nice and crispy. The Cuban sandwich was delicious, and big enough to split! My daughter really enjoyed the chicken and waffles.

Decided to try it out with my husband for lunch today, and it was better than I expected! The inside is inviting and eclectic and has so many fun things to find on the walls!I ordered the crazy goat substituted the burger patty with grilled chicken for free It was AMAZING!!! I'm picky with my fries, and the fries were hands down my favorite type of fry. Service was prompt, and we were in and out within 30 minutes

Prices were not bad. Food was good. Service is awful. Went on a Friday evening and not many customers. Was told to pick a table and someone would be with us. Waited for about 10 minutes and finally asked the young man that told us to pick a table if he was going to get our drink order. He said we didn’t sit in his section so he couldn’t wait on us. Was about to head out but asked to speak to a manager and he apologized, took our order and continued to wait on us throughout our meal. None of the waiters were wearing a uniform, looks more like the owners kids working there and they were more interested in talking to their friends. Not sure that we will be back. Only giving it three stars because of the manager.

Burger was good. Server was pleasant but probably needed more than one on a busy Saturday afternoon. Server forgot to bring out our chips/queso, took it off the bill. The atmosphere was for real there was no air and it was too warm. I'd send a string suggestion to owners to have systems in place to stop missed food coming out and be aware of temperature. Also, nothing to do with the food but they have got to get their website and Facebook coordinated and updated!!!! Please, for the sake for your good burgers!
