Server was amiable and promptly attended to requests. The unfortunate part of the experience was the length of time between ordering and delivery of food. Took much longer than expected. Food was good and overall pleasant event.

We ate here about 9 months ago and the food was stellar. We decided to try it again and we’re thoroughly disappointed. The venue and service were still nice but the price, especially considering the very poor quality of the food, was exorbitant. I’ve had better quality steak at the cheap cookie cutter restaurants and my wife couldn’t even eat her fettuccine because of how poorly it was made.

We were pleasantly surprised and were glad we retried 419 West. We had heard not so good reviews from awhile ago... all in all a delightful Sunday lunch.

An excellent place with an excellent menu (and has items you cannot get elsewhere). Great service.

Food and service have always been great. Atmosphere is comfortable and classy at the same time.
