Excellent kitchen. All we ate was very good, but we hated the menu concept really leaving you no choice. It was frustrating and we didn't really like this moment. But it can, on the contrary, please other people, we had the impression of being subjected (so we did not try the surprise menu and we fell on it at 35 € but what is certain is that the quality is at the rendezvous. I don't advise you all this restaurant that fills almost every box, but if we didn't know the process, it can be really disappointing.
