Mcdonald's - River Falls

This McDonald's (on Laurel) is doing a great job. Great team and service.

The comfortable chairs in the back with a TV on was informative. Coffee good and hot; hence the warnings in 15 languages.

Employees are either unwilling, or do not know how to help. I asked for help with an order of mine, and was told by the first employee that “he does not know.” Which was fine, as i was told he would go find someone who did. He then continued to ignore me. I asked another employee for help. Same situation again. Its aggravating. Same place has also taken money from my sister before, without us receiving any orders. This McDonalds is run by a bunch of teenagers who have no idea what they’re doing.

The staff don't really listen at the window and confirm what is ordered. I think they end up ordering what they want!

I just moved to River Falls a few weeks ago and I saw that there was a McDonalds nearby here within walking distance. (40-45 Minutes) But I was concerned about the amount of 1 star reviews saying that there was discrimination issues, staff issues, and stuff about mixing up people's orders. I was hesitant on heading down there but I was like, you know what, let's just head down there. I walked in and this person was still trying to adjust to the Order Taker for Dine-In, and this I can understand. She's doing pretty good, it'll take some time to adjust to other positions. I had my food and mine was pretty much normal to me. Double Cheeseburger with only Mayo and Lettuce, Medium Fries, PB Crunch McFlurry, nothing was messed up in any way shape or form. That can be explained considering that I was the only one that enter in the restaurant that evening and when I left, there were either 2-5 customers in the restaurant when I left. As long as they're not anything else that I should be concerned about, I might consider on heading back there from time to time.
