Bidrage med feedbackWe went for the second (and last time....More to celebrate a birthday in 10 people. We sat at 9:00. After 40 minutes we were ordered, about 23:15 pizzas arrived. Poor distracted slow service in everything. It happened last year but we wanted to give him a second chance. A single waitress in the room that was seen running (assume an extra waitress!!! shameful, inexperienced waitress and improvised that at every request he replied NOT I know, It is NOT COLPA MIA, I must ask the TYPE. Badholder who still does the account by hand (wrong account all two times we went there. As soon as we arrived we asked if you could change the table and stay outdoor we were answered “yes but you have to help you move the tables”. They do not have a bottled wine (only a red anonymous and a white in fiaschetti of indubbia origin. And you call me a berry garden??? Change his name then if you don't even have a bottle of wine. We don't name Bacco in vain. We brought a birthday cake, the waitress brought it to us (was now late night and told us “I bring you something to slice it? “We asked if they had a bottle of sparkling wine ...” but not in the fridge”. Experience to say little terrifying. I think these gentlemen have to do another job. I'm sorry.
I'm a habit of this place. The speciality of the house that is the paposcia a kind of elongated crispy calzone typical Apulian) is amazing, crisp and well seasoned and pizza is not less. Cooking with wood-burning oven and the dough feels that it is long leavening as well as confirmed the pizzaiola among the other person very kind and really helpful). The fries are very light and I must say that I had the embarrassment of choice. The products are all of quality starting from the mozzarella that you feel to be a passita and not silano. I took a spring peacock with raw that was really great) rocket tomatoes and grain scales with a mozzarella base. The place is rustic. A little chaotic Saturday. Beautiful outside especially the porch. The friendly and helpful waiters. Definitely recommended.
Informal and welcoming premises. Friendly and efficient staff. They are famous for the Paposcia an elongated strand with pizza dough base filled with various cured meats, cheeses, vegetables, depending on the choice. The one with ventricina was good and well stuffed. Pizzas with Neapolitan dough in many variations. Excellent Giulia with raw ham, abundant. Reduced prices. To try.
I've been with my colleagues at dinner. We were in the x-work area. I took a Margherita with addition of peppers in my opinion good but the thing that struck me the real quality mozzarella (last around replace it with other products of poor level). Good price quality. If I go back to the area, it'll be fixed.
Group dinner. The restaurant is nestled in the grove at the gates of Montagano. Fresh locality, especially in summer and this second me is the most positive note of....packet. As it turns out, the club remembers the '80s. Too bad for the bathrooms and warehouse in view of the dining room. At least you could think of keeping the doors closed. Staff working in the courtroom but with quulche distraction on orders. Appetizers: mixed fries.... average. Curious to taste this famous Paposcia, I ordered the one called: Luigi .... the ingredients were in this case at the discretion of the pizzaiolo. The dough is pizza but without yeast. All in all good and digestible. The filling: mushrooms, raw ham, cooked, mozzarella....insomma: you could avoid the mixture of tastes (crude and cooked). Right prices.
