Denny's - Rio Rancho

We took our 2 toddlers out to dinner (3 and 4 years old) and had an awesome experience! Excellent service from Levi and delicious food! Breakfast for dinner for this family! Yum!!!Update we just brought the kiddos back and once again had an AMAZING experience! D was our waiter and had the best rapport and energy!There was a wait to be seated (a LOT of people ahead of us) but it went very quick and they have an excellent system!

Denny's has always been my favorite of the breakfast food restaurants. This visit, this location... Food was good but our service was mediocre at best.

I walked in at 7:30.on Feb 29, 2024.No one in front, I walked into dining room no one but a couple of customers...no workers. I helped myself to a menu even sat to go over it still no one. I decided that I would probably have to walk into the kitchen as I was about to Duberney looked up from what he was doing and saw me. He came out Grabby menu and silverware. Seeing this I quickly said this is take out. He said ok. I said I had been waiting for quite awhile. He dismissed my remark with a back hand apology. I said my order is ssimple, I would like butter pancakes and four sausages please with extra butter.He said it would out shortly. But his lack of eye contact and dismissive attitude was rude.Other came in and they waited as well. One lady even step into the dining area and said . .I'm here! Duberbey came in to take the bill from a man waiting to pay his bill. He said nothing to him not even how was your meal, just took the money it was the wife that said thank you to him!! Just not a people person. He had an attitude that we were disrupting him so he was flipped with us.He looked at me and said your order should be right up. I thanked him . He came out said I gave you three butters. I thanked him looked in and saw the butters but I didn't see or realize I had no syrup. Which I chalk up to Duberneys anger towards me. He talleid up my bill and handed it to me. Not telling me how much it was just gave it to me for me to look for the total I payed him the exact amount. He said smirky...try to have a better day. I replied...you too. He said ...oh no problem. I left.I never had a such unprofessional service from Dennys until this morning. The breakfast sausages were good but sat in a lot of its greese. I could not eat the pancakes without syrup and there was none at work. Very unhappy with this service.

The menu has a lot of options. I do not know why I ordered the steak and eggs it was not good. Other times I had been here the food was pretty

My waitress was Justina S. She was super friendly and kind to me and my friend, her energy was super open and super outgoing and just all around an amazing person.
