Trattoria Gambon - RIMINI

We were there with some french friends as i tried to find a different place to eat in rimini. Based on the great comments in tripadvisor i took a table for four and was looking forward to have a great dinner The lamb chops my wife took were great but i took the same lamb fried with a breadcrumble which was dissapointing. The wine was good and the bill was reasonable but i missed the italian atmosphere as the service was okay but without any charme.

Two steps out from the historical town, into the cozy Mazzini Square...Trattoria da Gambon is lighthouse for all the Romagna food lovers. Small (i think just 10 tables... , warm atmosphere, nice people and....fantastic food! The chioce menù is not big but only sesonal product of the region; Fresh egg pasta with different sauces (try gnocchi , different kind of meats and superb handmade sweets....(ask for Piero 's croccante . Great food experience....for a very reasonable price!
