Quality and professionalism. you could sum up the experience experienced to the fish in love. a local well-kept in detail, with kitchen exposed as well as fish and a back where to lay in peace. impeccable service, staff present but not too, smiling and friendly in the right way. correct also the presentation of the wine I found very close to the standards of the sommelier. on the dishes there is only to compliment the chefs: raw of excellent quality, rich risotto and a fried that I will remember forever.
