Guglhör - Riegsee

As a local I have never experienced such an unfriendly and muffy host. At the output window we wanted to order drinks and were ignored. At some point, the food that was still ordered for hunger was "forgot. Even if the situation is wonderful, this economy is a No Go. There are plenty of good alternatives to Murnau and surroundings

We arrived here on the footpath of Grossweil/Stern. We stayed longer than planned by a rain shower. The host people were super nice and the service on the SB window was fast and good. Freshly tapped light, delicious white wine and cherry-flower cakes we have tried. All very recommended. Price/performance fits. The view of the mountains is sensational from above.

We were there 2x in winter/spring and already find it very great that there is such a rustic cottage. The host may be lukewarm, but I consider as a Bavarian carnation, that's better than licked. The subtleties make it: debreziner with fresh crows. Further Krenportion without calculation! A super delicious Cappucino and all at civilian prices! There's also an acknowledged tip. Conclusion: After we cycle the area more often, I am glad to see it again. I'm happy. Felix

When the Munich Schicki Micky strikes here and expects a waiter in the frack and star kitchen she will be disappointed. Very nice Bavarian mountain restaurant with inexpensive local food and friendly service. Very recommended for ordinary citizens. Wonderful view.

Super location, super food, very good cakes. Cosy cottages Stube, in which the not shy house cat also makes itself comfortable between guests. When we were there on 21 January 2023, snow and wide-sightedness lay down. We'll be back in summer!
