Great food. Made like your mom would cook it. I've tried a few and due to their low salt mission I just add more if my taste prefers. I don't know about frozen. It is delivered fresh and refrigerated. You have to put it in your freezer to get it frozen, which you can do !! Get a couple and freeze the for the future to heat and serve. I like chicken Marsala and the Thai chicken is really good. Oh and the quiche

I’ve been getting Gourmet on Wheels for the past week. My neighbor and I share 3 meals a week.Right now I’m eating probably one of the eggplant dishes I’ve ever hadLove you guys

We tried their service for two weeks and discontinued service. The food was not as good as we are used to cooking ourselves. Also everything comes frozen and that just wasn't for us. Our main complaint with this company is they will not remove us from email list. We have moved out of area and still get regular emails from them. We have emailed them back repeatedly and left voice messages on listed phone number for Tony and they will not remove email. Only company in the world who will not remove you if you request it, so for that they get 1 star. As for the food, I might give them two stars.

The meals we have purchased so far have been superb. Pork marsala, gazpacho, white bean chicken chili, seafood salad and desserts to die for. Can't wait to try this week's menu!

My first time there and she was very polite and informative about the products and what they are. I bought the Lemon Ricotta cheesecake (keto) it was so delicious! I will be back!
