Make sure their freshly packed pint is actually packed. Today I got two creatures in my pint that leave much empty space. I didn't deserve my money. this is the first time that this happened, was a new employee. I love her egg and love that they have good not milk taste. you just have to watch next time and make sure it is completely filled.

I ordered several picture cakes from here and they always do an amazing job. Great staff that’s friendly and very welcoming. Highly recommend!

This evening we ordered Baskin Robbins thru Door Dash, DoorDash did a great job, however our order from Baskin Robbins was wrong, our 2 scoop Sundaes only came with 1 scoop; 1 scoop of Pistachio and the other 1 scoop Vanilla w/Reese's peanut butter cup or should I say A smaller than a regular scoop... I called and spoke to Kellen he basically told me I was a liar and he had made my sundae himself and I probably didn’t see both scoops cause sundaes come with “smaller size” scoops, when you order a 2 scoop sundae it’s not equitably to two regular scoops, who knew.However, I’m not colored blind my husbands sundae was supposed to be a scoop of Pistachio and Rocky Road and mine was a Jamocha almond fudge and Vanilla w/Reese’s peanut butter cup. Be careful when going to this location it’s lacks character and ethics, as well as overcharges for what is actually provided. If you do go you should check your order, your receipt and your change.

The kid Randy that was working tonight had TERRIBLE customer service and was extremely rude. He acted like he didn’t want to be there, so I think maybe removing him from staff would be in his best interest.

I use this establishment frequently and I noticed I staff change start taking place Subtlyabout a year ago and now the customer service is great!
