Montana's - Richmond Hill

Have eaten at many a Montana's and this experience was trully disappointing. Burger and chicken were grilled on some filthy grill the meat had a burned, bitter taste where the grill marks were. Unacceptable. Burger and pulled pork had hardly any BBQ sauce which made the dishes completely devoid of the signature taste. Pulled pork wasn't really pulled but in chunks making is dry and tasteless. The kitchen staff need to get their act together. Service was fine. Washrooms clean.

Returned to eat BBQ Ribs and now Montana's allows dine in: me and my wife were not disappointed . Ribs arrived with the usual sides we like: french fires and coleslaw , there is also a corn bread which also enjoy. Service was warm and quick, my beer arrived in a cold glass and it was promptly re filled as I was asked for a second by our attentive waiter. Recommend .

Ordered Take Out , Staff that handled my call was friendly and was patient on answering my wife's questions as she has special dietary needs. Once I picked up order and returned home , we were not disappointed, food tasted great, the BBQ sauce for me had the perfect balance of spiciness. .

Walked in for take out ,service was warm and quick. Had the Beef ribs, my wife the Pork ribs both were tender and went well with the coleslaw ,sweet potato fries and baked potato. Second time ordering . Great food so far.

Dinner at Montana (Yonge/hyw 7) with kids. The food here was poor, super dry sirloin steak and fries, Macdonald fries are even better. Cheap side with very salty beans, many basic side even gravy was extra charge. The price cannot justify here. Dirty table with an unclean napkin when we first sat down. Be fair, the service was good, but lack of staff, we needed to wait for long time just for one spoon. Not recommend this place.
