The Boathouse At Short Pump - Richmond

We celebrated my mother’s birthday here recently. The private room and our servers were amazing. The birthday card was also the cutest touch. The food portion sizes were large, but as far as taste, nothing stood out too much.

The food was okay, but it was less expensive than I thought it would be. I was more paying for the ambience than the food, and I’m okay with that. It made for a great semi-fancy, semi-casual date night. I’d recommend this place for first dates. It created a very lowkey romantic vibe.

GREAT food. Service was meh but we all had a great time and the food more than made up for it. We all had fun.

It was my first time there. I really enjoyed everything from the time I walked in to the food and service: it was great!!

Excellent food and service. A little noisy due to open atmosphere but totally enjoyable! Will definite go back to The Boat House at Short Pump!
