Starbucks - Richmond

I'm not crazy about coffee, but I do enjoy a cuppa Old English Breakfast tea and banana bread.

Probably should change store hours since you don’t open at 6am. Should probably also add mobile ordering as an option so there’s not a line waiting for the store to open at an undisclosed time that’s not 6am like the store hours are listed with slow service added on top of that. Also don’t see why app users can’t use their stars at this location. Lots of improvement can be done and better pricing smh.

Has to be one of the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Needs mobile ordering and maybe there wouldn’t be a line out the door every morning. Panera mobile orders and they have to make food!

Been at the hospital all week with family in ICU. I have been so thankful for the much needed coffee, kind workers, and quick service. Only one day was it really slow BUT they were training so I totally understood and had no issue waiting. Looks nice and has lots of sitting room.

This Starbucks is a nice addition to the food/beverage offerings at VCU Health. They offer the same drink options as a regular Starbucks store and carry most of the same food options as well. One of the fun perks of this location is that they do fun monthly special drinks created by their baristas! They feature them on a chalkboard stand by the line and usually have 2-3 special drink options to choose from. The line can be long sometimes, but they do their best to take orders as quickly as possible and keep the line moving. There is a good amount of seating all around but it is not always the most quiet place to get some work done. Overall, if you work at the hospital or are visiting for any reason and want true Starbucks flavor, this location will not disappoint.
