Kfc - Richmond

Awful!!!! Just want to thank KFC Taco Bell last night for my uncooked chicken strips, the mold in my mac n cheese, the biscuit that was so uncooked that when you pulled it apart it was all dough, and last but not least taking advantage of me when I camethrough the drive through. I went and asked KINDLY for my money back for 1 chicken strip basket, meanwhile I watched theemployees laughing behind the window. The man came to the window and told me he could only give me money back for 1 chickenstrip, 1 mac n cheese, and 1 roll?. AND THEN PROCEEDED to hand me $2 back. How does that add up??? Ridiculous and sodisrespectful. I feel so taken advantage of.

It's pretty bad When you go through And get a mashed potato bowl and you get home and there is very little chicken corn and above all else very very little gravy 1 star I'm sick of this it happens way more often than it should there is no reason youshould have to get extra chicken and gravy just to get a bowl how it is supposed to be made!!!! 1 star DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Got pot pie and 2 pieces dinner breast wig pt coleslaw and got home had 2 wings not happy

Great food but you can't order ahead online here which is why I only rated it 4 stars.

Went at night, ordered a breast meal....pretty sure it was a thigh, dry and burnt to all hell. Terribly rude staff. I said Have a good night and the response I got back was Yep and promptly closed the window. Asked for sauces and acted like itwas such a difficult request. Very disappointed since the last visit there back in November was a very pleasant experience andthe food was edible. It doesn 't take much to show a bit of civility, even if you hate your job.
