Ummmm hello?! Can I be served?! I was the only one at the cash while all the employees were behind the counter doing their own thing, I was looking around like am I at the wrong cash is this register closed? Until one of the girls decided I had waited long enough to be served .. argh! So

Staff at sturbucks at Bridgport and No3 Rd, Sea Island Way Ricmond that worked on morning Friday July 14th shift was very unpleasant and unprofessional, person at the cash register particularly. He tried to kick me out with my therapy dog even when I showed him my Doctor's note.He continued to argue until his supervisor came and stopped him.He was more concerned with my dog than with my order, therefore he didn't put my name on it, so I ended waiting for it not knowing that my coffe was already served.

I haven't been here for 2 years now, but it used to be pretty decent. Staff were friendly and attentive, interior was lively and had a nice atmosphere. However this time, my friend and I waited for a while at the front counter. The batista was behind the counter organizing something and was taking drive thru orders, while completely ignored what was going on at the front. I decided to try the frozen lemonade refresher since it is new, and boy was it disappointing. The flavour was alright but still tasted more diluted than just the normal refresher. The ice melted quickly, as you can see in my other picture. I had to quickly drink it before it was all melted. And also, there was alot of froth and foam on the top of the drink in the end. Forgot to mention theres no dried fruits like the normal refresher. Do not recommend.

If you like Starbucks then it's a good location. Always parking available, and there's seats and tables outside as well
