Hanok Korean Restaurant - Richmond

I went with my friend and we ordered kimchi jiggae, cold noodles, and tteokbokki!! was very tasty. the atmosphere of the place was awesome and the staff are kind. i really want to come back and get the tteokbokki again

The Jajangmyun at this restaurant was delicious. They offer a variety of tasty side dishes that are unlimited. The best part is that there are many tables available and ample parking spots, so you don't have to worry about waiting.

I have been to this restaurant a few times and initially, I thought it was a hidden gem with delicious food and great service. However, my recent experiences have been quite disappointing. During my most recent visit, we waited at the entrance without being acknowledged and had to ask for a table. Once seated, a server walked past us without taking our order and we had to flag someone down near the kitchen to take our order. Despite having multiple servers working, the service was lacking.Perhaps they need more training? On a previous visit, my beef soup arrived with only three small pieces of beef, basically just a bowl of soup. After bringing this up to a staff member, they rectified the issue by bringing out a plate of meat. If this restaurant didn't stay open late, I wouldn't choose to dine here. After multiple disappointing experiences, I would rather go somewhere that offers better service and quality food. I'm sorry Hanok, but you are a letdown. ??

This restaurant used to offer good food and service, but it seems that both have declined significantly. The service is now lacking, as we struggled to get the server's attention and were given minimal beef in our soup. While they did bring us more meat when we raised the issue, we continued to be disappointed. It appears that there may be a new team in the kitchen. We will be searching for a new dining spot in the future.

Love the kimchi jjigae here and the side dishes. It allows for one time replenish side dishes. Tea tastes good as well. Customer service was good as well. My friend tried this place and told me all the food there was good as well m. Definitely recommend this place.
