Bidrage med feedbackThis restaurant, which has received media attention, is now temporarily closed. We were served spoiled lettuce, tomatoes, and other items. This experience reflects poorly on BK Canada, now owned by Tim Hortons, and how they operate their franchises in Canada.
Today, I went for breakfast at the Burger King franchise located at 8575 Sea Island Way, Richmond, BC V6X 0A8, Canada. The advertised price for the breakfast was $6.49, but when I was rung up at the till, it showed $6.99. I spoke to the manager about this discrepancy, and she stated that the till price was correct. I have a picture with today's date and time showing the price as $6.49. While it's only a $0.50 difference, I believe that businesses should be honest with their customers and charge them the advertised price. Thank you, Ajmal Rashid [hidden email]
I attempted to place an order online for a promotional item, received the code, but was unable to complete the order. I called the restaurant and was instructed to bring the code with me. When I arrived, the young man at the drive-thru refused to accept the code. I spoke with someone who identified themselves as the manager, but still encountered unhelpful staff and a combative attitude. Frustrated, I drove away and have no intention of returning to this establishment.
We stopped here for lunch and were happy with the impossible burgers. It's fast food and that is what it is. Don't expect anything more.
If you are hungry and in a hurry, this place works. I believe they have the Impossible Burger which is my favorite.
