This is one of those once in a blue moon craving places. Haven 't eaten here since COVID, so 5 years ago? It was never a good tasting place to begin with, just great deal for the price. But I think that has changed now. The sashimi is not ginormous anymore, just big. The rolls are still big, but not as big as before. Overall somewhat disappointing. That 3 plates costed over $60... so you be the judge whether if it 's worth it or not. There 's a waitress there that was quite attentive and friendly. Props to her for giving a good customer experience. Unfortunately, I got food poisoning after eating this meal, and I felt it as soon I had my last remaining piece of Hamachi. My partner was ok though, so maybe just me. Eat with caution, or maybe the Hamachi was sitting for too long since I had it at the end of the meal.

My favourite bang for buck place for sushi rolls in Vancouver! An institution that’s been around forever, the size is like 2x the size of other places. Prices have remained reasonable over the years!Cash only, no frills, 10% off if you order a day in advance. Recommend the House Roll and Chopped Scallop Roll!If you’re looking for really good quality sashimi this may not be the spot for it but their rolls are my go to!
