Bidrage med feedbackThe customer service at this restaurant on VCU campus was extremely rude. I went to pick up my grubhub order and was ignored by one of the women preparing drinks. When I finally got her attention and told her I was there to pick up my order, she responded with a condescending "good afternoon" and continued to act dismissively. When I greeted her again, she yelled "good afternoon" in a rude manner, as if I had not already greeted her multiple times. To top it off, she threw my food at me across the counter. This treatment of customers and students is unacceptable. I will not be returning or purchasing a meal plan from this place again. It is not fair to take out frustrations on customers just because you are having a bad day. This experience definitely ruined mine.
I ordered a bagel without avocado and the first time they completely ignored my request. It seemed like there were robots working in the kitchen. The second time I ordered without avocado, they ended up putting avocado on it but scraped it off once they realized their mistake. However, there was still some avocado left on the bagel and they thought it was acceptable to send it out that way. What if someone had an allergy? It's a lawsuit waiting to happen.
