Panda Express - Rexburg

Such bad customer service. The front doors were locked, though the restaurant was open. The cooks were working, there were two employees serving the drive through line (ignoring the customers standing right in front of them), and one poor guy to take care of the entire in person line, both serving and checking people out. They weren't short staffed though there were about six people standing in a huddle chatting and ignoring the other employee's requests for help.

The girls working were absolutely great, the service was great. One question that doesn 't need answered here is, How does a Chinese restaraunt run out of rice; and, how does it take an hour to make more? Still love panda E but definitely be aware that this happens folks.

Kierra made me feel welcome at the restaurant. Honestly, that’s all it takes guys. Just make us feel welcome and we will be happy customers. She was the embodiment of all of the good values that come with panda express. Thanks again.

This seems to be a new location but they are doing a great job in the food tastes great. I've been to a lot of pandas in a lot of different areas and these guys are doing a good job.

This location got a good manager. There was heavy foot traffic at closing hours before independence day and manager made sure food was prepared until the last minute.
