Mc Donald's very clean, smiling staff. The only two negative points are plastic glasses, and the size of the Big Mac that shrinks more and more while its competitor is of a much more substantial size. It's a pity Mc Do favors profitability with the quality of his products. If you'd make a Big Mac of Whopper's size, and at the same rate, I think Mc Do would go back to my estimate.
