Flavors! The Buffet - Reno

Not very happy this time. Only the possibility to tap with card was 15% 18% or 20%. Needed another employee to drink our server. The food wasn't hot. Usually very good. This trip was not pleasant.

I went on a Friday for the Seafood Buffet!! The crabs are to die for...fresh and delicious!!

The food was best marginal. Everything was on the gland side, we snapped a little of almost everything, and it wasn't worth coming back. Found a huge strip of plastic wrap scattered into my potatoes. We went during a slow time, there were only 2 others in our section, but the beverage service was still slow. Should have passed and went to the eldorado buffet, a few bucks would have saved and a lot better food.

Really enjoyed everything. Some truly great food here. Could be happy spending the rest of my life at the taco bar. Other highlights include the salad bars, fried chicken, and scratch-made corned beef hash. I had excellent service, and during the Saturday brunch buffet between 8:30 and 9:30 am, there was scarcely another customer in sight. Good coffee. Great overall value.

Okay food, but the welcome staff was pretty rude, I also ordered a water and there was food on the floor and the glass was dirty.
