Capriotti's Sandwich Shop - Reno

I have always found this restaurant to consistently provide perfectly made sandwiches. There was only one time that my sandwich was made incorrectly, but the staff promptly corrected the mistake. This is a truly professional establishment that values customer service.

I always seem to get something wrong with my order at this restaurant. The latest mistake was receiving the incorrect drink, even though it was listed correctly on the receipt.

The Half Sub and Half Salad came with the wrong lettuce. The sandwich was very small and the cookies were under baked.

I was pretty upset I love these subs but when it got to me I looked and half my sub had no tuna in it and this is the second time this has happened to me now

Usually this place is amazing, but I got the Chicken Cheese Steak and it was absolutely horrible. The most dry chicken Ive ever eaten. and Ive bought this sandwich before, its never been this bad.
