Mallee estate winery - RENMARK

Great Greek cuisine with delicious local wines. enjoy lunch in an informal environment with really beautiful mallee estate crying.

My man and I stayed at a visit in the riverland in the mallee estate winery ins eleni Greek restaurant. we had no lunch booking, but the staff was so friendly and accommodating. we ordered the scallops, the Tarama dimmer and the fennel and...orange sausage. everything was absolutely delicious, which were served generously and the staff very dedicated. we could not go without buying some of their delicious Greek cookies for our traveling. highly recommended!

Unfortunately disappointed, saganaki was not cooked enough and had to send it back, $80 platter came at the same time as entree and souvlaki was cold and lammed hard, but we were compensated with a free bottle of wine, but that did not make up for the food.

The dining experience was exceptional, with fresh ingredients. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. It was the highlight of our trip to Renmark.

The food was delicious, the service was excellent, but the $80 platter we ordered felt a bit pricey considering the portion size. The wine tasting experience was average, but it would have been greatly enhanced with some information about the wines, such as tasting notes and background on each one. Despite the rainy and windy weather, it was nice to sit outside with our dogs and we were grateful to be well sheltered under cover.
