Just had an order delivered and yet again, my son's Cheese and tomato pizza with extra cheese is drier than an old flip flop with barely any cheese on it. This has happened more than a few times now. I ordered a Meaty one and toppings really sparse too and sauce missing from top of pizza. After spending £35 on a way below average order, we won't be back again! Over priced ****!!
Awful place. Dirty shop and awful food! AVOID! Staff seem clueless on the phone and when collected still had to wait. Shambles.
Guaze Street Domino's is my local shop. Usually its OK, but on this occasion the pizza was dry and over cooked. Toppings were burnt.
Placed an order for delivery with Paisley Dominos only to phone back after an hours wait to ask where my order was. They apologised that my order went through as collection which is fair enough mistakes happen. I was informed that a fresh order would be made and they would get that send out ASAP. On arrival, the order was clearly the same order that had been sitting waiting in collection. The sauce on both pizzas were dry, both were barely warm and sauce on the hot wings had dried up too. I phoned up to complain as it’s a lot of money to pay for such poor quality food the manageress was adamant that she herself had disposed of the collection order and there had definitely been a replacement order sent out to me. When I explained the state of the order and said what I thought might have happened. She then credited £40 to my account which I thought was brilliant and I did get an apology eventually so all was well. Tonight I phoned up to claim that credit to be informed by the Manager George that there was no such thing. His attitude from the minute I explained what had happened last week was absolutely ridiculous. Not only was he rude and oddly defensive but he was completely argumentative telling me that I got a replacement order sent out. I assured him he was wrong and asked him to check with whoever promised that credit. Afterwards, I stated his attitude was now the real issue. He then blamed the whole thing on the manageress who supposedly ‘didn’t put it on right’ and he will speak to her next time he is on duty. If she’s reading this, I apologise but it’s something you did say you would credit to my account. I can see from previous trip advisor comments that the customer service and poor quality food from Paisley Dominos is a consistent problem. This is the first time I have ever complained on a social platform sincerely because I have never been spoken to like that before. Genuinely can’t believe that a Manager has the audacity to speak to a customer in that manner and be so disrespectful.
