Great food, great value, friendly employees! Highly recommend the El Gran Pollo salad.

Customer service is awful. We ordered online, I picked up the food and realized when we got home we were missing 2 sides. We called them to let them know and they told us to come pick up the sides. My husband drove back out to get them and they just stared at him like they had no idea what he was talking about and then angrily put the sides in containers. They messed up but are angry with us? There are way too many great places to eat in Reiaterstown to deal with being treated poorly by staff.

I eat peruvian chicken 2 to 3 times a week and this is the first time I was charged 2 more for an all dark whole chicken. Let's not get greedy now smh

Friendly greeting attentive service but I was very disappointed by the food drink. I had one of their juices which didn't taste at all like what I was told the chicken was bland with sauces on the side. I was also disappointed since I asked for something without bone git a bone in chicken breastSadly for this place, there are many better options for this type of food within a 5 mi radius
