Took 1.5 hours to arrive and the driver couldn’t even find my road, then got rude when he needed directions. Welcome to the digital age, there is no excuse to get lost trying to find a road. Also they always ask for cash, you can guess why! PAY BY CARD.

Ordered take away great selection of food and really tasty dishes. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended

Today we ordered a special delivery to celebrate a birthday, and we were extremely satisfied with the entire experience. From placing our order with the friendly lady to the timely delivery by the driver, everything was excellent. The food was delivered hot and on time, and all the dishes were absolutely delicious.

Having tried almost all of the Chinese takeout places in Redhill, I can confidently say that Happy House is the absolute best. Chinese takeout is my favorite, so that's saying a lot! They offer generous portions and excellent service. I won't be ordering from any other Chinese takeout place as long as I'm living in Redhill.

I decided to treat myself to a Chinese meal for a change, as it can be expensive to have all my favorite dishes for two days. I usually only order Chinese food for delivery a couple of times a year. Last night's experience was terrible. I called at 5 when they opened, but my order took an hour to arrive. The rice and noodles were okay, but they were crispy and hard around the edges as if they were microwaved for too long. The sauces were nothing special, as they seemed to be from packets and cans. The spare ribs were hard and barely had any meat on them, so I had to throw them away. The sweet and sour chicken and king prawn balls had a strange texture - the batter was concrete-like on one end and soggy with old oil on the other. The prawns were tiny and not worth the £6 I paid for them. The chicken was a strange grey/black color and I ended up giving it to my dog. I will never waste my money at this restaurant again. I paid £28 for a disappointing and cold takeaway. Additionally, why do delivery drivers never have any change?
