Brunner Bäcker Bistro - Regensburg

Breakfast was recommended and on recommendation we swallowed it here. A little outside of Regensburg, we suspect that it is the former location of Südzucker, is the café in the farmhouse Candis. Food The card is on the table and in the transparent sleeves are colored printed sheets. There are pizzini, pasta, salads and breakfast. We chose the hearty breakfast, 2 roles of choice, salami French style, traditional ham, empty dam cheese, 1 egg, butter and a hot drink according to choice (5,20€ and 2 mirror eggs ham on real stone oven bread with viola butter (3,10€) and a cup of coffee (1,70€). The ham and the mirror eggs were nicely fried, the dotter from the egg was soft. It was salted something perfect for us, you can smell. A pepper mill is also available at the exit. The three slices of stone oven bread were fresh with slightly similar edge and tastefully excellent. At hearty breakfast we were so excited about the kernel that we had taken some for home, tastefully super great. The 2 slices of salami tasted us very well and the 2 slices of ham and cheese were also not of poor quality. From the egg we were not thrilled, almost cold and very well cooked, the egg yolk was really dry. Whether the balsamico on the decoration, consisting of freshly cut tomatoes and cucumbers and a physalis, is a question of taste, we do not need it. There are many seating options, sometimes tables and chairs, sometimes sofas and matching chairs. Here different types of wood are processed. The chairs are white, the pillows are all kept in dark brown. It is a little shielded from the Take on the Sale counter. On the tables there are fresh herbal pots, the menu, salt pepper shaker and a sign with self-service. We liked it very well here. Cleanliness There was nothing to complain about here, not in the toilets.
