Turquoise - Redondo Beach

Absolutely one of the best taste experiences I had in a long, long time! The food was fresh, tasteful, well prepared and an absolute pleasure. The appetizers were tasteful and you could taste the real taste of food. (the spices have improved vegetables and meat without overkill). I had the Filet Mignon, which was exactly prepared as I demanded. It was delicious in your mouth. My friend had some of the best lamb (living) I had this side of the Atlantic. (It reminded me of the time spent in the rural areas of Greece (Krete) It was so tender that one did not need a knife, with a subtle touch of rosemary that was not overwhelmed to the taste of the meat. She had to fight me to stay away from it. The vegetables were perfectly grilled with the taste of the grill while keeping some snap. The rice was as light as air. We explained that we were in a hurry (it was lunch) and the server was so beautiful and pleasant. The owner helped her to bring the dishes out and was happy and friendly. Another outstanding feature was the fact that the master room was absolutely impeccable! Yes a bit more, but everything was organic and the flavors and service made it very good worth every penny. I wish I could eat there every day! Both nutritious and DELICIOUS!
