The ladies were awesome in helping me for my first time

Normally I have a good experience at this kiosk but this busy Saturday morning our large drinks were given to us in medium cups and when we pointed out the mistake we were met with a lot of attitude from the baristas. We were told that there is basically no difference it?s just more milk. But my bank account knows the difference? I paid for a large. Like I said, it was busy and I know they were making drinks as quickly as possible, but customer service should never take a back seat, no matter how busy it gets.
