Pretty great food and drinks. My only complaint is that its packed all the time, which is to be expected when you're good at making food

I ordered a jerk chicken bowl and the chicken pot pie soup. When I got home it was the wrong order. I called in and spoke to someone about my order. The person apologized and said I would get a credit to my account. Never got a credit after she said she would take care of it! Dinner comes and my ready to eat my chicken pot pie soup. It was not the same as 2 days that I had ordered. I took the soup back, spoke to the manager , she insisted it was the same soup. She didn’t even offer to refund my money. The customer is always right and the soup was nasty. I was very disappointed since I do love the Hearth! ?

Fries were cold. Pasta was tasteless. I have gone twice to the location in Red Bluff and been disappointed each time.

Overall good food. However, they consistently get my Doordash order wrong. When I order 2 brioche Breakfast sandwiches, they have a very hard time not omitting one of them for a breakfast burrito. This has happened several times (at least 4 times), and it is beginning to decrease my favor as a regular customer.

Very delicious! I'm new in town and heard that this was one of the best places to eat! It didn't disappoint! A+
