El Shastaquero - Redding

We were thrilled to have their taco truck at our wedding. They were professional, reasonably priced and absolutely delicious! We would choose them a thousand times over again for our special day :

Its good, but do u know how many people dont eat when when its still 109° out.... so dont you think that 7 pm is a bit early to close????

Very basic, didn't have a very common item we asked for. Ask for no onions, still got onions.

Street tacos were great and service was fast. Can't beat the Taco Tuesday $1.25 price!

Was pretty excited for new mexican food downtown, especially one with such good reviews from their Anderson location. Unfortunately, the food wasn't great and the QC was poor. I ordered 3 al pastor Shasta Tacos and 1 carne asada Shasta Burrito. When I called, the person who answered the phone didn't seem to pay attention as I had to tell him my order twice. You'd think it would be right if I said my order twice. I picked up my food and brought it home, only to find I was given 3 regular al pastor tacos and a burrito with al pastor instead of carne asada. The food was bland and mediocre at best.I haven't tried their Anderson location, but hopefully this is just issues with the new location. Will hold off on going there again and give them some time to maybe work out their kinks.
