Hash Breakfast Eatery Forno Italian

UPDATE I have gone since and their third dedicated gf Friyer broke so that they still only use one for potatoes and the second for gluten-containing foods, but it is more on the trust of their staff, so it is not guaranteed as it was earlier, but the chef who came to our table felt really good that everyone followed the rules with only potatoes in one frit. This time I brought my also Zöliakie daughter and the Kids Gelato was not gf, so she calculated her a whole piece of peanut butter cheesecake so that she did not leave. It was phenomenal customer service. I phoned Hash Breakfast Eatery to discuss keliac friendly gluten free options and was happy to discover the staff I also spoke with Zöliakie. She advised they had their own frit, so I could have any potato option. The Hollandaise sauce is gluten-free and they offer a gluten-free waffle. I ordered the Classic Benni and subbed the English muffin for the hashcake. It was delicious and I'm stolen to find such a fabulous local option. 10/10 recommend!

Nice little place! Pretty good knowledge of my waitress. You do not have a dedicated frit (as the last person checked). But they have their own toaster! I had the Spicy Sausage Hash bowl with crispy lubricated rosemary sprinkles and they were thrilled. Looks like the restaurant knows allergies!

Everything was wonderful... surpasses all the restaurants that I experienced in the red deer area .. it has always missed all these qualities .. but we have it now!

Forno is my fave resteraunt in red deer. everything on the menu is delicious and the staff is amazing. If you didn't leave, go better!
