El Pollo Loco - Rancho Palos Verdes

Great food. I really like their chicken taquitos! I like their chicken avocado salad too, really light and yummy. I had originally called 3 times trying to place my order in advance and no one ever answered. I have to and decided to go in. They seemed to have plenty of staff working, no line, not many people inside, and when while I was waiting for my order the phone was ringing and they were ignoring it. I wish I could've called my order in advance instead of standing there waiting.

The chicken and avocado burrito is good. Prices are ok. The interior is clean and inviting at this location. I tried the fitness bowl. The quality of the lettuce did not live up to expectations set by the Pollo loco TV commercials. The grilled chicken was quite OK.

Eating is good. I propose an extra good request to chicken because it cannot be done inside. I always order the chicken breast that takes longer to cook. I never order other chicken parts. Sometimes be on the salsa, sometimes tastes funny. Overall, I recommend to this restaurant the workers so very, very friendly. I always have a tip. The West has really bad salsa, just a head up. Double check chicken breast before you leave the store to make sure it is dark so you know that chicken breast is done to the bone.

My friend ordered 2 double chicken tostadas and one was without pico gallo cause I?m allergic to tomatoes and he ordered both with xtra rice and xtra beans and they gave us only light beans and light rice therefore we felt like it was?t fully boiled on the outside, but I? m give a 2 star rating, although there is bad customer service and not get what we paid because my friend said the food was really good the taste and taste, but I did not get it to eat the allergy I have

Great service and to my surprise, the new menu item(tortilla soup) was extremely tasty and the serving portion was very generous. It's a must try!
