Tsukiji Sushi - Rancho Cordova

Probably the freshest sushi. Tastiest. Great Spicy edamame, roasted AND a bit of garlic taste...Super recommend it. Happy hour every day.

We get takeout from here almost every Friday night! They always have delicious sushi and their chicken yakisoba is so good! I highly recommend Tsukiji Sushi for a nice dinner date or a casual quick meal!

I'm in the Navy, I've had a LOT of sushi. You have no idea. But when I had their Kayla Roll, I've never distinctly have had a previous favorite so utterly shattered. It's my favorite roll now. What a hidden gem! I'll agree the staff is fantastic but I don't know how you can't mention these rolls. They're mind blowing!

I don't eat sushi, but I come here semi-frequently for a chicken katsu dinner with tempura. OMG! I just tried their beef ramen and it was SO good. That's going to be my go to for a while. Every time I'm in here I hear the sushi chef talking with regulars. Good spot
