We used to order from this store frequently. Over time it seems the quality has gone down. I submitted a phone order a few weeks ago and ordered a toasted sandwich and it was not. The bread seemed stale and I had to wait for the order that was sitting on the counter for quite awhile. Service was ok but the sandwich doesn't seem to be at all like they used to be. But, maybe I am comparing them to Board and Brew which is where we will go if we want a sub.

I used to like this place until my app orders were missing ingredients, made wrongs and completely forgetting to read the instructions provided. I reached out to the store after every incident and spoke to a manager. The delivery orders aren't cheap and cost extra fees. To my dismay the male manager that I spoke with offered no resolve for my missing items and food being prepared wrongly. This has happened multiple times under his watch. I had this issue before and it was a female manager who responded and was very polite and accommodating. They're not reading the requests on the receipts because when I call, my app order and their receipts match. How can you make a sandwich wrong when you have the ingredients list in front of you is befuddling to me. There's absolutely no attention to detail let alone oversight of the delivery orders. It's unfortunate that when I even reached out to their HQ trying to get resolve, the owners never replied to my forwarded complaint which was on June 27! Kristi from Jersey Mikes HQ reached out and told me they have forwarded my message to the franchisee and I should hear back from them. Well, I never did. Furthermore, I'd rather drive down into Poway to a another location than to give my money to this franchisee, because they obviously don't care about their reputation, let alone their customers satisfaction. Being a pillar in the community and a military family, I'd expect more out of them. No worries, I'll make sure to let my military friends know, not to spend their money here.
