Blaze Pizza - Ramon

I usually love coming here but tonight was just so bad I had to leave a review. I ordered a simple pie for pick up and when I walked in the store, there were 20 people who were standing watching their pizza get cold while the person cutting with the worst attitude was figuring out who to cut pizza. There were so many pizzas just getting cold, and I waited a whole 30 minutes and yea my pizza was cold like how can you charge people at that point. Food: 1

A great spot for some quick pizza. Great atmosphere and being only a 2 minute walk from UConn's main campus the place has a very present collage student population. I had an incredibly bad service experience at this location. The manager at the location, Jessica, was making crude and insensitive remarks very loudly for all to hear. If you are a POC, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I followed up with blaze over email and Instagram and never received a proper reply, just messages saying that the franchise will reach out buy they never did. Food: 4

We love Blaze when they do it right but that’s only half the time. It’s best to be in person so you can watch the pizza being made, otherwise you’re stuck. Never enough sauce, even when we ask for extra, with only online ordering. Dry! They don’t follow our instructions. Then the pizza is black on the bottom a lot of times. The wait time is longer than what is stated at times. We waited up to an hour once and when we sent an email complaint, nothing was done for us. Otherwise, we really like Blaze. It’s hit or miss
