Mcdonald's - Rambouillet

Newly built, clean and comfortable. Very popular and always packed, very slow but always friendly service. Peak lunch time 20 min wait for the drive through- and always check before leaving to be sure you got what you ordered. Off-peak time the drive through is almost as slow since no one is on duty. In restaurant you must order at the touch-screen 'borne ' even if paying cash- there 's an option to get your order receipt and then go pay cash at another counter. You sit with your ticket and all meals are served at your table after about 10-15 minute wait, 20 min or more at peak time if packed. Again, double check that you got what you ordered. Nice playground structure outdoors for age 3+ if it 's not raining, terrace not closed off though so toddlers could potentially escape into parking lot. Some offensive pop music lyrics playing in English one time, I complained because my young children are bilingual- the manager was a bit confused about why I would complain, but listened respectfully and was very nice.

I dont know why there are so many bad reviews here. I have visited a couple of times with my little one. The restaurant and facilities are so clean. The staff are always so helpful and friendly and the food has always been fresh and cooked well. Well done Mcdonalds Rambouillet.
