Pizza Delight - QUISPAMSIS

Upon entering the restaurant, we were informed by the waitress that there would be a wait, to which we responded that it was not a problem. We seated ourselves at a clean table, expecting someone to come and clean it and set it with utensils, but unfortunately that never happened. Despite the restaurant not being busy, new customers were turned away by the waitress with the suggestion to go elsewhere due to a wait. After waiting for an hour without anyone in the restaurant receiving their order, we decided to leave. Additionally, the bathrooms were described as "scary gross." We have no plans to return to this establishment.

I used to thoroughly enjoy eating at Pizza Delight. The last four visits have been awful. They make more mistakes on one order than a person can reasonably deal with. They often have insufficient staff to properly run the restaurant. My personal new favourite issue is they can’t even make many items on their own menu. I have called three different times over the last two months and each time I could not order any of their pasta dishes because they don’t have pasta which is hilarious considering there is a grocery store a couple hundred yards away with lots of pasta. Seriously don’t waste your time unless you enjoy disappointment.

We had an awesome meal of large meat lovers pizza and garlic fingers through takeout last evening. A previous visit they had a problem with their oven and it had over cooked the pizza but they are awesome customer service and stepped up and replaced it free of charge and even gave an extra treat. Things happen but they owned it and stepped up beautifully. That says a lot. Well done!

I 'm not sure where to begin to describe my experience with the Pizza Delight at Quispamsis. Being from out of town, and after coming in somewhat late with my family, we attempted to order fro delivery to our hotel. Found out they don 't deliver. That 's fine. Made our order and headed over to pick it up. When we got there we were greeted by a young male employee who tried to enter the order for payment and couldn 't and said that he would be back. He retrieved a second employee (a young female) who said to him, This is the last time I fix your mistakes!! Go into the back and check the garlic fingers!! This employee was so rude and so unprofessional in front of a paying customer to a fellow employee. I was unimpressed. My family and I will not be returning to the Quispamsis Pizza Delight.

The value for money at this restaurant is average. The portion sizes are small and the flavors are bland. It is not my favorite place to dine.
