Excellent experience! The manager, Darrick, was friendly beyond measure and delivered some exceptional customer service. He welcomed us into the store, helped us work through a very large order that required dietary modifications, and made sure thateverything was correct when we got our food (and we got it fast for the size of the order, too!! wish I could give him 10stars!

This place is awesome!! The manager, Darrick was wonderful. His crew were working g as hard and fast as they could. I am a forever customer as long as Darrick is there cause his crew respects him as do his customers so you need to keep him!! The crewis one of the best too! They all worked together well, and that says something in this world today!!!!

So very glad to finally get to try it out. I absolutely refuse to eat here through the drive thru faze. Italian is a sit down food place.. I understand the employee situation but the only other thing that was bad was the inconsistent openings. We triedmultiple times to dine in only to get there and it either be closed or just drive up. Thanks for being open!! Food was fantasticand the young man waiting on us was great. Wish I could remember his name. He had dark hair tall and had big earrings in. Very nice ????

Great food but I 'm NOT going to a drive thru for spaghetti. If I can 't dine in, I 'll make it myself at home,.. who wants lukewarm spaghetti?!?! Until the dine in is open again,.. I 'm out.

Carbonated tea!! Yuck! It didn't matter because they were out of it and everything else except coke and diet. Food was room temperature. I used to love this place. After the dining room closed forever now it's been ruined for me. Change isn't always good.
