If you're headed south to Williams Lake (or north to Quesnel) do yourself a favour and stop for a meal at Fort Alexandria Cafe, a family-run (mostly) farm to table restaurant. Great food, great people..

Fantastic breakfast. Owners are perfect. Prices were great. Can't wait to try their soups and burgers. It might not look like much but it was very homey

If you like pretty much homemade everything, and friendly staff..then this will be a MUST DO stop for you..we make it a destination stop multiple times a season..THANK YOU LADIES for your service and delicious homemade pies, soups, burgers etc etc etc...you ROCK

Tasty food with homemade everything! Tasty soup and home made bread for the sandwiches. I also had the chicken burger that was great! Luckily we were stuffed as they were sold out of the home made pie that I heard was amazing. Maybe next time! ! We'll be back to find out
