Wendy's - Queens

Not only did we get the milk container of a child open and half finished, but when my small child eaten, we noticed a maus fall. absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

The customer service needs a great upgrade. a worker who calls the order numbers was rude to one of the customers; all the time she was the one who calls the wrong number order. that was sad to observe, so please train their employees to be sensitive to the feelings of men. we could all have a bad day, but it takes a little more effort to put a smile on someone's face, like the man who took my order without insulting me at all.

This is by far the worst ghetto wendys or almost food restaurant I've ever been. they are rude and throw their food on them and have ppl pretend to be the manager when they ask for one, then start laughing when the person who calls the manager leaves. it is homeless ppl in the front in the load with no masks on. I never come back here again. the fries taste like the oil is months old. this place is a scandal

They never have something and screw up their order all the time. I love chili cheeses and they never have it and how in this day and age does wendy not take apple pay? I mean, come on.

Service was just right .. got my food just in time to caught the bus .
