Papa Johns Pizza - Queens

Terrible service! it takes 20 minutes, she called an hour after, told us it will come in 5-10 minutes. it was so hard to ask for a refund and they did not even refund it for a terrible pizza. very disappointed and will never order again. dominos is soou much more worth esfood: 1/5

We have placed great deals with this papa john’s for several years (since 2018 pre pandemic) and they are stellar! her manager (sonam) really goes out of his way to help us. we have our order of tasty pizzas properly and on time every time. deeply appreciated and love this papa johns!

Order a $40 custom 16 inch pizza and it came raw. I wanted to call and the manager took off and said it was on the driver. the pizza was uncooked and edible. quite a lot only $40 thrown away and she did nothing to repair or replace.
