Sushi Stock - Québec

I had a fantastic Christmas dinner with my colleagues at a restaurant where we rented the entire place. The owner was very accommodating and even allowed us to set up a karaoke system. Special menus were created for the three people in our group who did not like sushi. The food was perfect - the sushi bites, appetizers, and main courses were all delicious and high-quality. I really appreciated the humorous and passionate staff at the sushi bar.

We ordered the box for $2 to $68 as well as the pouf dessert but we didn't get it for our money. It was expensive and the sushi looked like and tasted the grocery store. fraicheur ok diversity bof. more we paid for 2 extra ginger and we didn't get it. the fairly ordinary service, the person was angry after a colleague and told us everything. I'm not recommending it first if you've got a good sushi.

Quebec restaurants offer better services and sushi for the same price.

I ordered sushi and a trilogy of tartars to carry and everything was very good!Sushi were fresh and tasteful. The tuna tartars (white and red) were very good.They are probably not the best sushi and tartars in town but the price was good and the quality was there. Brief I recommend if you want to make different from your favorite sushi place!

There are many sushi restaurants in Quebec City, so in order to stand out, a restaurant needs to offer something unique, high quality, or reasonable prices. Unfortunately, this particular place, despite having numerous promotions like $1 makis on select days, seemed to lack originality. I drove 20 minutes to pick up their chef's selection and was quite disappointed. The regular prices were high at $56 for 30 pieces, but the quality and variety of ingredients were lacking. The makis were very small and some lacked distinct flavors. The sushi lacked creativity and I found better value at cheaper fast food sushi chains. The sushi pizza I ordered was disappointing as well, with a gummy rice base and a small portion of tataki salmon. Overall, the food was not worth the price and I was left unsatisfied. I understand the need for promotions, but it's important to deliver quality to customers regardless of the price paid. I wanted to like this place more, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations.
