The restaurant, subtly decorated by Philippe Starck, offers a chic and relaxed atmosphere. the chef advocates local and sustainable cuisine, which earned him two stars in the michelin guide plus a "green star". Each person can enjoy the possibility of shoveling in the menu with his wishes: so that you can take a classic suite: 1 entry, 1 dish, 1 cheese tray, 1 dessert, but if the heart tells you that you can choose 2 entries, 2 dishes etc... this concept has given us the desire to return to him a second time in order to discover all the map. The sommery team is pointed and will guide you without difficulty to very beautiful products according to the budget.
Very good food. frame with lots of pills. friendly staff. the menu consists of a variable number (3 to 5) of the menus. all excellent with special mention to padded encornet, or lamb dish in 3 services. all accompanied by a beautiful wine card.
A very nice evening and a very exceptional seasonal dinner. The service was irreproachable, the relevant wine advice and the place is very comfortable. The 4 dishes we took were all excellent, with a special mention for the linguinis of seiche. Chef Stéphane Carrade makes a kitchen that speaks to me, because modern and inspired from the South-West. It is also very pleasant, which obviously ruins nothing. No doubt one of the best tables in the Basin for me.
