For The Road Coffee Shop - Puyallup

I really would love to give more stars BUT I consistently get bad customer service. It seems to be a popularity contest with the barista socializing usually while I'm waiting on my drink. Or maybe she is really slow?? I can't really be for sure as all I see is her chopping it up at the other window. The coffee is good but I'm tired of spending my money at a place where I get bad customer service.

Loved the service, lady was exceptionally nice and coffee was surprisingly better than I was expecting.

Have been coming to this stand a long time and ordered the same drink every time. The last two times the girl tried to over charge me. The first time I paid it, knowing she made a mistake. The second time she tried to charge me almost a dollar more. I get a dirty chai with an extra shot. Essentially a chai with three shots, as the menu shows is 3.25 for the chai plus .75 for 3 shots, should be 4, but I always pay 4.50. She wanted to charge me 5.25 both times. She was rude when I told her that can’t be right and I can show her my previous transactions because I always order the same drink. I left without a drink because I will not support a business that does not charge the prices advertised on the menu.
