Sunset Hills Vineyard - Purcellville

Excellent winery with impresive barn tasting room. Sat upstairs on the deck with a great view. Locally sourced cheese and crackers with brushetta went perfectly with an oaked chardonnay. Located in lovely Loudon on twisty two lane blacktops perfect for a sports car outing.

Great friendly staff and atmosphere. Knowledge of wine recomendations is very helpful, especially for a new wine drinker. Bread and cheese selections were yummy. Live music was good. Decor and history of this vineyard has great character. Thank you David P for inviting my wife and I to experiance this gem.

Love this winery. Great staff. Many seating areas to enjoy from a roaring fire in the pavillion to the loft in the barn.

Great range of wines, though we enjoyed the sunset white the best. The interior of the building is very pretty, and there are lots of outdoors areas to explore.

I wish there was a 0 star. This place was so rude from the jump. As soon as we stepped out the limo the hostess comes running out the doors saying we didn’t have a reservation. But indeed we did have a reservation. When we called to tell the owner about our experience, she was just as ignorant and defended the disrespectful action of her hostess. Man, never have I ever. I don’t recommend this place to anyone with a bit of class. WHAT AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE!
