Bidrage med feedbackNever used the drive-thru, so I can't comment on that (though from sitting inside it seems like they're super attentive to it). The baristas here are super friendly. Haven't had any interaction with management, but the one manager I've seen also seems to be a nice guy. This place served as my office for a week while I was living out of my car. I was never once treated with anything less than the utmost respect and was always greeted with a smile. I no longer NEED to come here to get work done, but I'll still be a loyal customer for as long as I'm in Provo due to the genuinely good vibes here.
Wow. I'm blown away from the amazing service from the staff but especially the Barista Melody, I think her name was. Her service and attention to detail in my drink was absolute perfection. I've never felt such a good vibe from an employee anywhere I've been! Definitely will be coming back here!
